Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Process JUNIOR ASSOCIATEto support process improvement initiatives, assist in workflow optimization, and ensure efficient business operations. This role will be responsible for documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting business transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Key Responsibilities
Process Documentation & Analysis
•    Assist in mapping and documenting existing business processes across various functions.
•    Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in current workflows.
•    Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements for process enhancements.
Process Improvement Support
•    Assist in the execution of process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
•    Support automation and digital transformation projects by providing research and data analysis.
•    Track process performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Coordination
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to support process improvement projects.
•    Assist in training sessions and workshops related to process documentation and optimization.
•    Provide administrative and coordination support for process governance initiatives.
Compliance & Standardization
•    Ensure adherence to internal process guidelines and industry best practices.
•    Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
•    Support internal audits and compliance checks to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
•    0–1 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or process improvement.
•    Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
•    Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt preferred).
•    Exposure to automation tools, workflow management software, or business intelligence tools.
•    Prior experience in a process excellence, operations, or consulting role.
