Job Description:1. Create accurate and visually appealing charts, graphs, tables, and other visual elements that represent accurate scientific data or research findings
2. Design interactive visual elements for digital platforms that can enhance user engagement and understanding of the topic
3. Create various tatcic types for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to brochures, websites, presentations, social media ads, infographics, 2D/3D static and annimation etc
4. Have expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc, for creating high-quality print and digital designs
5. Handle several design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
6. Ensure that all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and maintains consistent look and feel
7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the requirements, communicate the work related aspects in a clear and timely manner while incorporating feedback accurately and meticulously
8. Identify the improvement areas to bring efficiency and train new Graphic Designers
Skillset:
1. 4-5 years of relevant experience
2. Data Visualization
3. Graphic Design Software Proficiency, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud MS Office Suite (such as PowerPoint)
4. Project management and time management while working on multiple projects
5. Maintaining brand consistency
6. Effective communication and collaboration
7. Out of the box thinking
8. Training and mentorship
