Must Have

•    Proofreading and copyediting promotional deliverables
•    Ensuring consistency between base files and final outputs
•    Editing for readability, clarity, flow, formatting, and target audience
•    Identifying data conflicts and restructuring issues in content
•    Supporting cross functional teams (Project Management, Creative, Content)
•    Client interaction for clarification, updates, and knowledge sharing
•    Adherence to quality, data privacy, confidentiality, and copyright standards
•    Style guides: AMA, Vancouver, and client specific editorial styles
•    Editorial checklists for quality and compliance
•    Quality and compliance frameworks: ISMS, ISO, CMMI (awareness and adherence)
Your impact: 
About you: 
Prior review experience in one or more of the following therapy areas - Immunology, Cardiovascular, Renal, Neurology, and Oncology is preferred for this position. 

Must have: 
•    3–6 years of experience in scientific copyediting and proofreading
•    Strong attention to detail with high editorial quality standards
•    Proficient in grammar, language, style, and scientific accuracy
•    Ability to independently perform technical, language, and scientific editing
•    Good understanding of pharma and life sciences content
•    Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
•    Able to strongly collaborate and work across cross functional teams.
•    Client-oriented attitude with focus on creating strong long-term relationships with clients and encouraging others to work toward this goal
•    Ability to assure timely completion of assignments
•    Skilled in problem identification and problem solving
