Must Have

Data Analyst You will be responsible for: Define realistic and actionable metrics for business managers besides assisting in the delivery of sales and activity KPI reports, data operations Perform data acquisition, cleaning, formatting and transformation from diverse data sources depending on client requirements Perform statistical and machine learning modeling as part of our analytics engagements Apply state-of-the-art advanced analytics and quantitative tools and modeling techniques in order to derive business insights and solve complex business problems Handle small and large datasets on projects efficiently and figure out the right technology to use for processing the data (e.g. Excel/VBA, SQL, SAS, Python etc.) and delivering the analyses (Excel/VBA, R, Python, SAS). Be a champion on analytics technologies within the team. Develop expertise in pharmaceutical datasets and be a champion within the team Collaborate with other members within the team to innovate through automation / new ideas / capabilities / tools Meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through excellent oral and written communication Your impact: About you: (Desired profile) Must have: (Requirements) Nice to have: Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills) 2-4 years of analytics experience in understanding business problem in hand, evaluating the available data, forming hypothesis and extrapolation through statistical measures BI, business and marketing analytics with data using Tableau/Power BI is a plus Pharma/retail multi-channel marketing, campaign management, campaign design experience is a plus Extensive hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, SQL Server, SQL/MySQL, Python, R/SAS. Skilled in problem solving and able to convey key initiatives to stakeholders. Any Experience in AI, ML, NLP with any of the leading technologies (Python, Watson, Google TensorFlow, Microsoft Cortana or Amazon Lex) would be a plus Education � B Tech/B.E/ B S degree (4 year) in Computer Science, Technology or related field � Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory Perks: (Mention if any, otherwise ignore)
