Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Mapping
Identify and engage high-quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing channels
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for niche and leadership roles
Pipeline Building
Build and maintain strong pipelines for priority and recurring roles
Ensure a steady flow of relevant candidates aligned with business requirement
Screening & Candidate Engagement
Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, motivation)
Ensure a strong candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups
Data & Reporting
Track sourcing metrics and maintain accurate data in ATS/tools
Share regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing progress, and market insights
Employer Branding Support
Support employer branding initiatives through outreach and candidate engagement
Represent Indegene’s value proposition effectively to potential candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in talent sourcing / recruitment (preferably in consulting, pharma, analytics, or tech hiring)
Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and market research
Ability to map niche and leadership talent pools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for pharma/life sciences, analytics, digital transformation, or consulting roles
Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing analytics
