Job Summary
We are looking for an SEO/GEO Associate with strong execution capabilities and growing strategic ownership across SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This role involves independently managing deliverables, driving optimization initiatives, and supporting AI-led search visibility improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end SEO deliverables across technical, on-page, content, and off-page
• Work on keyword strategy, content planning, and optimization initiatives aligned with business goals
• Apply GEO strategies to enhance brand visibility across AI-driven search platforms
• Leverage AI tools and prompt workflows to improve productivity and output quality
• Build and manage performance dashboards, deriving actionable insights
• Identify technical issues and drive resolution with dev teams
• Work on-page and content optimization strategies, ensuring UX alignment
• Execute and optimize link-building and authority-building initiatives
• Review junior team members’ work and ensure quality control
• Provide timely updates and insights to leads/managers
• Stay updated with SEO, AI, and search ecosystem trends
Must Have
Core Skill Requirements
SEO Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o Technical SEO (site audits, crawl optimization, schema, Core Web Vitals, tech fixes)
o On-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, UX-led optimization)
o Content SEO (keyword mapping, clustering, content strategy, briefs)
o Off-page SEO (link-building strategy, outreach, backlink gap analysis)
o Reporting & analytics (GA, Adobe, GSC, Looker Studio)
GEO Competency
• Solid understanding of how AI engines surface and summarize content
• Ability to optimize content for AI-driven discovery
• Familiarity with structured data, entity optimization, and LLM alignment
AI-Driven SEO
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools for:
o Keyword research
o Content ideation
o SEO automation and insights
• Ability to build scalable prompt workflows and reusable frameworks
Tools & Platforms
• SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Analytics: Google Analytics, GSC, Looker Studio
• AI Platforms: ChatGPT and similar tools for workflow and automation
Desired Profile
• Graduate in any discipline
• 3 to 5 years of SEO experience (pharma/healthcare is a plus)
• Strong understanding of SEO concepts and latest trends
• Exposure to GEO and AI-driven SEO practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder handling
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience in automation/workflow optimization is a plus
