Job Title: Clinical Data Scientist & Gen AI Expert

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Clinical Data Scientist & Gen AI Expert with 2–4 years of experience to drive innovation at the intersection of clinical data science and generative AI. The ideal candidate will leverage machine learning (ML), AI models, and statistical techniques to analyze clinical data, generate insights, and develop AI-driven solutions for healthcare and life sciences applications.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze clinical datasets (EHR, trial data, real-world evidence) to extract meaningful insights.
•    Develop and apply ML/AI models for predictive analytics, patient stratification, and disease progression modeling.
•    Build and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs) for clinical text generation, summarization, and decision support.
•    Work with NLP techniques to process and extract information from unstructured clinical notes.
•    Collaborate with healthcare professionals, biostatisticians, and AI engineers to develop AI-driven solutions.
•    Ensure data integrity, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and ethical AI practices in clinical applications.
•    Stay updated on Gen AI advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in clinical data science.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    2–4 years of experience in clinical data science, AI/ML, or healthcare analytics.
•    Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
•    Experience with NLP (Transformers, BERT, GPT) and LLMs for clinical applications.
•    Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, survival analysis, and biostatistics.
•    Experience working with EHR, clinical trial data, and real-world evidence (RWE).
•    Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, OMOP).
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience in developing AI-powered clinical decision support tools.
•    Knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure AI).
•    Understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) for AI in healthcare.
•    Prior work in synthetic data generation for healthcare applications.
