Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our design team in creating high-quality visual assets, including newsletters, posters, banners, internal campaigns, and digital creatives.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Adobe Firefly (GenAI design tools) and a strong foundation in modern design principles.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering fast, clean, brand-aligned output.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design newsletters, posters, banners, mailers, and internal communication creatives.
  • Collaborate with the in-house designer to support ongoing design workflows.
  • Use Adobe Firefly and Creative Cloud tools to generate AI-assisted visuals and refine them into production-ready assets.
  • Create visually compelling layouts optimized for print, emailers, and digital platforms.
  • Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all collateral.
  • Turn around high-quality designs quickly based on brief and timelines.
  • Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and design files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (part-time, freelance, or agency experience acceptable).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (newsletters, posters, banners, digital media).
  • Hands-on proficiency with:
    • Adobe Firefly (mandatory)
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign (preferred)
  • Ability to convert AI-generated drafts into polished final designs.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the design/communications team.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in motion graphics or simple animations.
  • Experience in adapting designs for multiple formats (print, email, web).
  • Familiarity with corporate communications or internal branding.
