Job Description:  About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging designs across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Graphic designer's responsibilities also include translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies. This involves selecting appropriate colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, logos, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts effective. • Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals • Adhere to client brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful designs. • Conceptualize and execute ideas for campaigns, events, and product launches. • Familiar with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers. • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques. • Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma/Canva. • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums. • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design. • Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus. • Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade. Finally, a graphic designer must be able to articulate and pitch design concepts to clients, art directors, and other professionals. This involves presenting ideas in a clear and compelling manner, while also taking into account client feedback and preferences. The role of a graphic designer involves designing visual concepts using graphic design tools, with a preference for Adobe Illustrator. Candidates who apply for this position must have a portfolio to showcase their design abilities; those who do not provide a portfolio will not be considered.
