Must Have
Graphic Designer
Experience: 6–7 Years
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer (A3) with 6–7 years of experience in digital and print production. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and possess strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality digital and print assets for life sciences/pharmaceutical brands.
Translate briefs, scripts, and content into engaging visual designs.
Work independently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand compliance.
Review and provide guidance on outputs created by junior designers.
Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Content Writers, Proofing teams, Developers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables meet production standards and project timelines.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience in digital and print production workflows.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Strong communication, comprehension, and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to interpret complex content and convert it into compelling visual communication.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of UI design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and interactive/digital experiences is desirable.
