Graphic Designer 
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (A3) to lead the design and execution of high-impact visual communication materials across multiple channels. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, campaign development, visual storytelling, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex projects, mentoring junior designers, and driving creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
•    Conceptualize and design integrated marketing and communication assets across print, digital, social, email, events, and presentations.
•    Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand objectives and business goals.
•    Lead design execution for campaign launches, product communications, congress materials, event branding, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
•    Develop and maintain visual identity systems, templates, style guides, and design standards.
•    Create advanced layouts, infographics, illustrations, image composites, and presentation designs.
•    Review and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, content teams, and creative leads to align design solutions with client expectations.
•    Estimate effort, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects.
•    Drive innovation by exploring emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
•    Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to building reusable creative assets and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related discipline.
•    4-7 years of professional graphic design experience.
•    Expert proficiency in: 
o    Adobe Photoshop
o    Adobe Illustrator
o    Adobe InDesign
o    Adobe Acrobat
o    Microsoft PowerPoint
•    Working proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows.
•    Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, and visual storytelling capabilities.
•    Excellent understanding of branding, layout principles, typography, color theory, and information hierarchy.
•    Ability to independently handle complex projects with minimal supervision.
•    Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members and participating in design reviews.
•    Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative campaigns and design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
•    Experience designing congress materials, sales enablement assets, omnichannel campaigns, and digital marketing collateral.
•    Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and content creation tools.
•    Understanding of accessibility, compliance, and localization requirements in global creative projects.
