Role: Jr Software Engineer 

Description:
Responsibilities:
• Develop, deliver web-based applications on time and with high quality.
• Ensure effective Design and Documentation in line with Client and Architecture requirements across front end and backend components.
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop sound technical requirements that clearly outlines the architecture and tasks required to develop a project.
• Work closely with UX team to ensure high fidelity implementations.
• Review code written by team members and ensure the developed code is in accordance with the organization standards and processes.
• Translate business problems into LLM/RAG architectures (prompting, tools, memory, agents).
• Analyze and recommend performance optimizations of the code and ensure code complies to security best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot problems in live applications.

Desired Profile:
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Min 1 years of experience. 2+ years in modern frameworks and design patterns with MERN Fullstack paradigm
• Proficient in building web applications using Mongo, Express, React and NodeJS (MERN).
• Proficiency in Web Technologies – React, NodeJS, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Python, FastAPI/Flask.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Vertex/Azure) and open-source models (Llama, Mistral).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool use/functions, and guardrails/content filters.

Strong knowledge of REST API integration and best practices.
• Working proficiency in Mongo Data Store.
• At least 1-2 years of experience building elegant and fast Web interfaces.
• Good working knowledge in Software Design Patterns.
• Engineer prompts, tools, guards, and evaluation harnesses; version and test them.
