Job Description:
Develop artwork components (carton, leaflets, foils etc) as per client requirement with minimal guidance

Responsibilities:
Broad Area - 1: Develop artwork as per client requirement under complete guidance
•    Understand client requirement and extract the assigned tasks/artwork requirement from client server tool.
•    Apply knowledge of Indesign and Illustrator and its usage for different deliverables (leaflets, cartons, labels, foils etc.).
•    Understand, review and gather relevant data (font, colour, alignment, missing links) from client specification file/ emails/ client server/ tool.
•    Develop artwork as per client artwork production guidelines and internal standard operating procedures. 
•    Understand and complete the internal check list form to minimise internal and external errors.
•    Share the developed artwork with quality analyst SPOC, post review by senior associate.
•    Address comments/annotation shared by QC SPOC post review and make necessary changes to the artwork.
•    Follow best practices in terms of communication, client and project specific guidelines, and processes.
Broad Area - 2: Compliance & Process adherence
•    Adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as specified by the client documents and Indegene quality standards.
•    Adhere to confidentiality, privacy, copyrights and security norms of the client and Indegene for various deliverables.
•    Comply with policies and quality standards – QMS, ISMS, and CMMI standards of Indegene.
Broad Area - 3: Self-Development 
•    Volunteer in training programmes to develop skills in areas relevant to the job in addition to the areas of interest.
•    Responsible to complete assigned training programmes and learn through hands-on experience on the job
•    Exhibit flexibility in moving across new projects and varied deliverables.  
•    Continuously enhance & maintain knowledge area of work domain.   

Requirements:
•    Graduate in any Stream or Diploma in multimedia certificate course (Fresher)
•    0-1 years of experience
•    Skills Required
    MS Office
    Adobe Illustrator
    Adobe Indesign
    Adobe Photoshop
    Good oral and written communication
    Able to communicate effectively through a range of media, to various levels in the organization
•    Knowledge Requirement:
    Basic knowledge of print and digital artwork
