Job Summary & Job Description The roles and responsibilities of the Associate include the following: · Able to take ownerships of the tasks provided and work independently with minimal support · Able to review and guide subordinates in the work · Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project objectives · Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution · Provide timely status report to Lead and/or Manager · Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to optimize content for AI-powered search and recommendation systems. · Leverage AI-assisted SEO tools and workflows for keyword research, content ideation, reporting, and SEO automation. Desired Profile (Education, Experience, Key Skills) · Any Graduates · Detailed understating of SEO concepts & up to date on the latest trends · 1 to 3 years of experience with interest · Good communication both written and verbal (*must) · Flexible to work and motivated · Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word · Experience with tools like GSC, SEMRush, Ahrefs · Should be able to work on reporting tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker studio would be an additional benefit. · Knowledge or hands-on experience with GEO and AI-driven SEO optimization is a plus. · Able to use ChatGPT pr similar platforms for prompts creation and workflows creation · Worked on Automation in SEO is a plus Key Functional Areas of Responsibility: · Perform keyword research in coordination with the client business objectives to optimize the existing content and uncover the new opportunities · Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages · Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals · Implement link-building strategies while adhering to compliance and quality standards. · Apply GEO and AI optimization strategies to enhance search visibility in AI-driven environments. · Stay updated on SEO, AI, and search engine trends and developments. · Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance · Ensure quality of own work and review team members’ outputs. · Explore and leverage AI tools for keyword research, content ideation, and SEO automation, where applicable. Hands-on experience in SEO with a strong understanding of: · Technical SEO - site audits, crawl optimization, schema, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, and fixing technical blockers. · On-Page SEO - metadata optimization, internal linking, content structuring, keyword placement, and UX-aligned improvements. · Content SEO - content strategy, keyword mapping, topic clustering, editorial planning, and content quality optimization. · Off-Page SEO - link-building, outreach, authority growth, competitor backlink analysis. · Reporting & Analytics - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and actionable insights generation based on data. Tools Experience: Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO tools. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Basics: · Understanding how AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) surface and summarize brand information. · Ability to optimize content for AI-powered search and recommendation systems. · Familiarity with prompt-based optimization, AI answer-presence monitoring, and brand visibility in generative results. · Awareness of GEO strategies such as entity optimization, structured data enhancements, and content alignment for AI models. AI-Driven SEO Skills: · Working knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools for keyword research, content ideation, automation, and analytics. · Ability to build prompt workflows to improve productivity and SEO outputs. Additional Requirements: · Understanding of SEO best practices for pharma/healthcare websites (preferred). · Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve website performance.
