Must Have
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality visual communications for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role involves creating engaging print and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design brochures, infographics, visual aids, emailers, social media creatives, presentations, and digital campaign assets.
Translate scientific and medical content into clear, visually compelling designs.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
Collaborate with creative, content, medical, and account teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
Ensure adherence to brand, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
Apply typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy to create impactful communications.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled design tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Stay current with design trends and healthcare communication best practices.
Key Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of graphic design experience; healthcare or life sciences experience preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and information design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Figma and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
