Must Have

Job Description: 

You will be responsible for: 
Ability to convert wireframes to Visual Designs. 
Understand and successfully deliver designs that meet measurable criteria Ability to address change with flexibility and ease 
Apply journey mapping when thinking of how the user satisfies their need 
Work within a cross-functional team and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines 
Self-motivated and capable of working independently 
Demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly. 
Passion for UX design and intuitive empathy for everyday users. 
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 
Confidence in stepping up into a mentoring position 

 
Must have: 

Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors Engineering, UX design or equivalent. 
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 

Passion for UX design and intuitive empathy for everyday users. 
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 

Nice to have: 
Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
