Role:     Lead - Advanced Analytics

Description:

Strategic Leadership & Client Engagement: Lead end-to-end execution of data analytics projects, from design to delivery, ensuring scientific rigor and business relevance. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders; guide clients through analytical solutions and strategy. Translate business needs into data science problems and provide actionable solutions. Experience in US, Europe, Asia markets

Advanced Analytical Expertise: Oversee the application of advanced statistical, epidemiological, and machine learning methods to derive insights from claims, EHR/EMR, registry, and commercial datasets. Drive methodological innovation and maintain best practices in study design, cohort development, longitudinal data analysis, and reporting.

Team Management & Mentorship: Manage and mentor senior analysts and junior team members across multiple projects. Build analytical capabilities within the team; foster a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.

Project Oversight: Ensure quality control, consistency, and compliance across all analyses and deliverables. Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.

Tool & Process Development: Lead development of reusable assets, frameworks, and automated reporting tools using DSS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, SAS, and other technologies. Collaborate with team members to optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical infrastructure.

Business Development: Contribute to sales and marketing presentations showcasing organizational RWD/RWE expertise. Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to expand analytics offerings.
