Role: Lead - Competitive Intelligence
Experience : 6–8+ years
Description: Define CI strategy and lead foresight initiatives. Advise senior leadership across portfolios and therapeutic areas, integrating CI into enterprise-level planning.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement CI vision and roadmap across portfolios/franchises.
- Oversee strategic CI engagements including war games, foresight analysis, and threat modeling.
- Integrate CI into Long-Range Planning (LRP), LCM, BD&L evaluations, and M&A due diligence.
- Develop CI standards, tools, and automation dashboards.
- Communicate strategic implications to C-level stakeholders.
Technical and Market Expertise :
- Deep strategic understanding of the global biopharma landscape.
- Ability to lead competitive risk forecasting and disruption modeling.
- Design CI frameworks across pipelines, launches, and portfolios.
- Expertise in advanced tools for CI visualization, automated tracking, and competitive simulations.
- Define CI standards and best practices across the organization.
- Drive innovation in CI methodologies and digital ecosystems.
- All Senior Analyst-level expertise.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Serve as CI advisor to senior leadership.
- Drive strategic conversations across Commercial, R&D, Medical, BD&L.
- Represent CI in portfolio reviews and executive forums.
- Build and lead CI capabilities across the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Skilled in competitive simulations (war games, tabletop exercises).
- Expertise in predictive CI tools and horizon scanning.
- Experience building digital CI ecosystems.
Education: Master’s in Life Sciences + MBA
