Must Have
Role: Lead – Consultant (Data & Analytics)
Description: You will be responsible for:
• Support business solutions design and proposal development activities for Indegene’s Data, Analytics & Insights services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a cross-functional manner and be able to orchestrate design of customized solutions for clients.
• Provide solutioning and presales support – ability to gauge the client requirements on marketing operations, data & analytics and align Indegene service offerings.
• Anchor RFP responses by working closely with multiple stakeholders to develop proposals, drive end-to-end bid management, proposal response authoring and support proposal defence discussions
• Develop a thorough understanding of our D&A service offerings to identify new business opportunities and value add solutions for existing accounts
• Develop a deep understanding of our data & insights-oriented products and services to identify opportunities for business solutions. Propose value-add solutions and explore avenues for business expansion
• Lead ideation sessions to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal development.
• Articulate Indegene value proposition and demonstrate strong understanding of Indegene Services
• Support client visits and drive GTM initiatives for new service launches.
• Create compelling collaterals, such as case studies and business cases, enhancing the positioning of our services.
Desired Profile:
• MBA graduates with overall 7-9 years’ experience
• Strong experience in data management, analytics, and generating business insights.
• Proven record in presales, solutioning, and proposal development in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with a focus on business growth and client success
• Ability to creatively solve problems by translating complex data into clear, actionable business solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong articulation skills (written and verbal)
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity
• Basic understanding of tech stacks used in analytics: SQL, Python, Tableau, Dataiku, R, Power BI
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare or pharma
