Guide motion designers and editors with concept-first direction
Ensure storytelling aligns with organizational reality, not just aspiration
Transformation Ideation Capabilities
Thinks in journeys, not announcements
Frames change as:
A progression, not a disruption
A story, not a slide
Can reimagine:
Operating models as experiences
Platforms as enablers
AI as a collaborator, not a threat
Introduces new mental models through visuals
Spots resistance early and designs narratives to soften it
Creative & Cognitive Skillset
Strong conceptual thinking and narrative framing
Advanced storyboarding & visual sequencing
Ability to translate strategy language into human language
Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping meaning
High emotional intelligence — understands how people react to change

Figma / FigJam / Miro (concept flows & journeys)
Procreate / Photoshop / Illustrator (storyboards)

Who Thrives in This Role
Visual thinkers who enjoy untangling complexity
Creatives who like influencing direction, not just execution
People who ask:
“What are we really trying to change?”
“What will people struggle with here?”
Designers who want a seat earlier in the conversation
