Role: Lead Engineer 

Description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, design, operations) to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
Drive code quality, best practices, and adherence to engineering standards.
Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system scalability and performance.
Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk identification.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and processes for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards.
Act as a point of escalation for critical technical challenges.

Desired Profile

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and scalable solutions.
Hands-on experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.
