Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities of the Graphic Lead include the following:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating designs and implementing innovative ideas across various digital and print mediums.
• Graphic designer's responsibilities also include translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies. This involves selecting appropriate colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, logos, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts effective
• Create accurate and visually appealing charts, graphs, tables, and other visual elements that represent accurate scientific data or research findings
• Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals/ads, websites, infographics, 2D/3D static and animation etc
• Adhere to client brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
• Familiar with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers
• Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices • Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
• Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and deadlines
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline) Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)
• Have expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc, for creating high-quality print and digital designs
• Candidate must have creative agency background with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums
• 10 to 14 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums
• Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade
Must skills and Experience
1. 10-12 years of relevant experience and exposure to medical domain
2. Strong experience in managing US Client interactions on proactive requirement analysis, consultative approach to provide creative solutions.
3. Data Visualization, Maintaining brand consistency, Graphic Design Software Proficiency, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud MS Office Suite (such as PowerPoint)
4. Project management and time management while working on multiple projects
5. Good communication and collaboration skills
6. Out of the box thinking
7. Training and mentorship
8. Knowledge on other areas like Video editing, Html and CSS will be a added advantage.
