Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving strategic hiring initiatives, and ensuring a seamless talent acquisition process. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring and a high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for key roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
• Leverage ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and automation tools to enhance hiring efficiency.
Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, ensuring performance excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs, hiring SLAs, and recruitment metrics, providing insights and improvements.
• Partner with business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational goals.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and RPOs.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) guidelines.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and employer branding.
• Conduct training sessions for recruiters on best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and employer branding tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
