Manager – Global Operations & Program Management
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and execution-focused Manager to join our Global Operations & Program Management team. This role drives global transformation programs, strengthens operational excellence, and enables consistent, governance-led execution across the enterprise.
The Manager will work with global business, technology, and functional leaders to convert strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps, mature operating processes, and deliver high-impact cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong program leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Transformation Management
• Lead end-to-end execution of global transformation programs aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Oversee program planning, milestones, risks/issues, and cross-functional execution for timely outcomes.
• Establish governance mechanisms for transparent tracking and informed decision-making.
• Define future-state processes and transformation roadmaps with business and technology partners.
• Drive alignment and adoption of initiatives across regions and functions.
Global Operations, Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Run operating rhythms (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews) to support data-driven performance management.
• Lead governance, leadership reporting, and steering committee engagement.
• Ensure consistent execution standards across global workstreams.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements that enhance scalability, quality, and operational maturity.
• Build and implement playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to standardize operations.
• Promote data-driven decision-making, automation, and digital tool adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
• Influence and align cross-functional teams to drive program success.
• Support change management across communication, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate leadership forums, working groups, and transformation councils.
Business Decision Support & Team Leadership
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports to track program and operational performance.
• Provide insights, trend analysis, and recommendations for decision support.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready updates on program status, risks, and impact.
• Strengthen team capability in analytics, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
• MBA from a top-tier institute with strong program management, analytical, and transformation skills.
• 8–10 years of experience in transformation, program management, global operations, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Proven success in enterprise-wide or large-scale transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication/storytelling skills.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and collaborating with global, cross-functional, and senior leadership teams.
• Ability to align business and technology priorities.

• Exposure to life sciences, digital operations, or analytics-led environments.
• Skills in dashboarding, KPI design, and operational/financial analysis.
• Experience in life sciences domains (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, PV).
