Job Description: Process Analyst

Overview and Expectations
An experienced associate to identify, set-up, analyze, control and monitor process metrics and business metrics.   He/she will also oversee the progress of process health and organizational initiatives from a business excellence perspective and be instrumental in supporting change, efficiency and productivity. 
The ideal candidate will efficiently work with different business units within Indegene to drive metrics implementation and publish score cards providing insights into the process and business health. 
Responsibilities
•    Should be able to map business process and establish quality and timeline metrics 
•    Establish data collection methodology and validate data accuracy
•    Analyze data and produce reports as per client and internal requirements
•    Provide intuitive dashboards and visualization of data for effective decision making
•    Leverage metrics knowledge to drive continuous improvement
•    Apply latest technology/changes in industry for continuous evolution of metrics and dashboards
•    Work with metrics team to provide training and leadership
•    Prepare governance decks to review with business
Requirements
•    Advance Excel and PowerBI preferred 
•    Very good knowledge of customer needs and expectations regarding metrics
•    Good understanding of how business and metrics goes together
