Job Description
Indegene is looking for a Product Owner to join its platform team. Indegene is a technology-led healthcare solutions provider.
In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the product across Indegene’s clients, including platforms and features that leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation. The role provides an opportunity to work across product deployment and the product management lifecycle, bridging customer needs with scalable, AI-enabled product capabilities.

Key Responsibility :  
• Pitch the product to identified customers, including explaining GenAI-powered capabilities, value, and limitations in a clear, business-friendly manner
• Identify customer requirements and convert them into product feature.
• Product-manage and govern customizations identified
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell advanced product features
• Conduct user onboarding and trainings
• Drive best practices, product adoption, and desired outcomes 
• Work closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to translate customer needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Build and guide a team of Product Analysts/Senior Analysts to own product deployment, customization, and success for each customer

Desired Profile : 
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience in product deployment, product ownership, or product management, preferably with B2B customers (any industry)
• GenAI & AI Awareness:
– Conceptual understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven workflows
– Familiarity with common GenAI use cases such as summarization, extraction, Q&A, content generation, and intelligent assistants
– Ability to gather, articulate, and prioritize customer requirements for GenAI-powered features (hands-on development not mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to identify customer and user problems and generate practical, scalable solutions
• Ability to operate independently as well as lead and mentor a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBAs with a technical background preferred
