Web Program Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Web Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and drive website application projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with client IT and offshore project managers. You will manage multiple delivery streams, optimize project plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth program progress.
Job Description:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent web projects across diverse teams, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Collaborate effectively with offshore delivery leads to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans proactively to address challenges or changing requirements.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a high-performance delivery culture.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as applicable.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on integration requirements and technical dependencies.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of program management experience, specifically in web development or digital projects.
Proven experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams.
Strong understanding of web technologies, development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ADO).
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
