Job Summary:
Indegene is looking for talented professionals to complement the team. In light of this, the role holder in Project Management would act as a partner to plan and implement short-term and long-term on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. 
The Job entails the following but not limited to: 
•    Understanding project scope, goals and deliverables of the Projects assigned based on the needs of the business unit assigned. 
•    Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Ensure high CSAT’s through formal and informal client and stakeholder engagement 
•    Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication 
•    Effectively communicating project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path. 
•    Helping the project teams including domain and technical leads to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. 
•    Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. 
•    Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. 
•    Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. 
•    Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
•    Support continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
Job Specification: 
•    Education: Graduate & Post Graduate with MBA 
•    Work environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working Model
•    Good knowledge on MLR Process and Veeva Vault PromoMats
•    Good in communication
•    Ability to operate comfortably in a multitask/multi-priority environment
•    Should be a self-starter and capable of operating on minimal management oversight
•    Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines
•    Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
•    Experience in Power BI or some other analytical tool
