Must Have

•    Streamline promotional and nonpromotional material workflow via Veeva Vault PromoMats
•    Create placeholders for promotional and non-promotional materials on Veeva Vault PromoMats
•    Update the necessary metadata fields in Veeva Vault PromoMats and coordinate with agencies/document owners for upload of materials
•    Coordinate between project leads and reference librarian teams to ensure latest references are available for anchoring in Veeva Vault PromoMats
•    Create anchors and answer comments on documents if there is no agency uploader in place
•    Manage all materials through expiry and renewal on Veeva Vault PromoMats
•    Liaise between reviewers, approvers, coordinators, and document owners regarding material-related questions; liaise between originators and countries, if applicable
•    Coordinate co-creation of material and liaise with originators/agency uploaders to complete forecasting for projects managed by the team
•    Notify countries of the MLR committee’s approval of materials and respond to queries from the local contact in countries, as needed
•    Stakeholder coordination with countries for localization of materials (global to local sharing), if applicable
•    Coordinate with the digital solutions team for digitalization of materials, as required
•    Regular reporting of activities both to review committee leads and project teams

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences/pharmaceutical sciences, with 3 to 4 years of industry-related experience 
•    Must be familiar in managing MLR processes for promotional/non-promotional materials
•    Must be familiar with Veeva Vault PromoMats and its functionalities
•    Must have a good understanding of scientific/medical terminologies
•    Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
•    Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of tools
•    Experience supporting a complex process
•    Proven success in operating in a matrixed or team environment
•    Ability to support a high volume of projects simultaneously
•    Ability to communicate and collaborate across various parts of the organization
•    Experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry
