Must Have
Role - Project Lead
Location: India- Bengaluru
You will be responsible for:
Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the project
Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with the requirement providers
Ensure the project is on track and delivery is on time
Closely track and update internal or client project management system
Develop and deliver progress reports and charts
Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
User Support, Trainings, New Requirement gathering, issue resolution of a Project Management tool
About you:
Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)
Around 3+ years of experience as a project manager
Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.
Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is an added advantage
Education
MBA Graduate
More than 5 year of work experience
Good to have
• Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
• Experience in SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban boards or similar service mgmt would be an added advantage.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
• Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
• Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
• Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree
