Role: Project Lead
Job Description: The Project Manager will liaison with internal and external stakeholders for establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
You will be responsible for:
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, ensure the project is delivered on-time and within scope.
• Manage the changes of the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Project billing and invoicing management.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, perform daily team performance monitoring, maintain project performance per aligned KPI and keep high operational standard.
• Business process management and improvement.
• Conduct monthly sampling quality check on QA executive’s work to ensure no deviation.
• Develop detailed project report by any required frequency, e.g., monthly process assurance report and quarterly governance report.
• Project risk control and CAPA management, able to provide mitigation and business continuity plan.
• Readiness for any self-inspection and audit.
• Reporting of an adverse event to the respective project POC
• Provide coaching and training to maintain proficiency.
• Staffing management, use and continually develop leadership skills, delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders to address any inquiries.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Attend conferences and training as required.
• Perform back up activities for each position.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management team.

Must Have
Requirements:
• Bachelor or above. Major in nursing, medicine, pharmacy, public health, etc. will be preferred.
• 8+ years of work experience in project management, preferably exposure into patient support programs
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Capability of excellent written and verbal in English.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II / Scrum Master certification is a plus.
