Must Have


•    Role: Digital Project Manager (DPM) for global Medical website redesign, embedded in Global Medical (Digital Enablement) / Global MI&C, provided by GBS for 6+ months (FT).
•    Scope: End-to-end rollout of the Medical blueprint across ~13 local markets; oversee prioritisation, development, and implementation of global/local features; ensure analytics readiness and compliance.
•    Stakeholders: Global Medical, Medical Release Train (MDRT), CDH, Markets, Local Content Owners, Analytics & Reporting, vendors (Graphite, Performance IO), IT/Datahub.
•    Tools/Platforms: AEM (authoring/publishing), consent/cookie tools, tag management/analytics, Datahub, standard governance artifacts (RAID, RACI, status reports).
Key Responsibilities
•    Program Coordination: Manage multi-market rollout; maintain and communicate the master plan; run market calls/clinics; track dependencies and blockers; drive decisions and mitigation.
•    Feature Prioritisation & Delivery: Own the global/local backlog; write user stories with requirements and acceptance criteria; coordinate discovery, dev, QA, UAT, and releases; convert market needs into actionable work.
•    Stakeholder Management: Facilitate governance cadence (weekly status, bi-weekly sprint reviews, monthly steering); publish agendas/minutes/actions; tailor updates to sponsors, markets, and partners; escalate risks/issues promptly.
•    Execution Support: Oversee UAT with markets/MDRT; manage defect triage; enforce blueprint adoption using approved templates/components; ensure technical readiness (environments, consent, SEO checks).
•    Analytics Ownership: Align tagging plan, event taxonomy, KPIs; coordinate tag implementation and Datahub flows; set up/validate dashboards and access; document configurations; track adoption and report against KPIs.
•    Compliance & Privacy: Coordinate MLR reviews, maintain audit trails; ensure consent/cookie and privacy configurations are implemented and tested correctly.
Deliverables
•    Planning & Tracking: Master rollout plan/waves; weekly status reports; RAID log; decision register; market action tracker.
•    Backlog & Release Assets: Prioritised backlog with requirements; readiness checklists; rollout documentation; go-live signoff packages (UAT, MLR, privacy, analytics validation).
•    Performance Reporting: Consolidated reporting on enhancements, adoption, and KPI performance with Analytics & Reporting.
Success Measures
•    Delivery: On-time market launches per plan; consistent adoption of blueprint templates/components.
•    Quality & Adoption: Smooth feature releases, low defect leakage, clear usage/adoption.
•    Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive market feedback on planning, communication, and execution.
•    Analytics Readiness: Validated tagging, dashboards, and KPI reporting for each market.
Working Model
•    Duration: Minimum six months, option to extend.
•    Cadence: Weekly core status; bi-weekly sprint reviews; monthly steering; recurring market clinics/office hours.
•    Coverage: Europe/UK core hours with flexibility for Americas/APAC; onboarding to platforms, standards, tagging plan, and governance.

Good to have

•    Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
•    Experience in SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban boards or similar service mgmt would be an added advantage.
•    Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
•    Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
•    Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
•    Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
•    Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
•    Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
•    Any Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree
