Job Summary:
The Proofreader ensures the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all promotional and scientific content across print and digital deliverables. This role involves reviewing materials for language, grammar, spelling, formatting, and adherence to brand and client-specific guidelines. The Proofreader applies standardized processes, checks alignment between source files and final outputs, and rewrites or repurposes scientific content to meet client expectations. Additionally, the role requires close coordination with project stakeholders to meet timelines, maintain confidentiality, and uphold organizational and client quality standards.. 
Job Description
Proofread deliverables
•    Review promotional material content for language, spelling, grammar, word choice and formatting, and adherence to brand style across all print and digital pieces. Identifying inconsistencies, awkward styles/sentences, etc
•    Apply the checklist for each deliverable and check for consistency between the base file and the final output as per the business unit requirement
•    Review content for writing quality, client-appropriate style and scientific linguistic accuracy as per client expectations for all deliverables by rewriting and repurposing scientific content
•    Execute standardization of various processes for proofreading
•    Coordinate with other stakeholders of the project to meet the scheduled timelines for quality 
deliverables and flag issues to the leads

Educational Requirements
•    Graduation in life sciences or pharma with 1-3 years’ related experience 

Must Have
•    Be aware of all organizational, divisional and client-related policies and procedures related to quality, information security and data privacy
•    Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client
•    Responsible to maintain confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables/clients and 
company norms
•    Follow all the security rules with regard to various standards like ISMS, ISO, CMMI and client Guidelines
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across teams
•    Proactive and solution-oriented in nature
•    Clear and effective communication skills.
•    Flexibility and adaptability to manage long-term activities in a constantly changing internal and external environment

Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience working globally, cross-culturally, and cross-functionally
