Job Summary:
Indegene is looking for talented professionals to complement the team. In light of this, the position in GTM Excellence would act as a partner within assigned portfolio to drive pipeline rigor. The position works closely with business leadership across the organization including but not limited to business development, operations, program management, technology, finance, and other functions globally.
The Job entails the following but not limited to:
CRM Hygiene & Accuracy
- Own day‑to‑day Salesforce data quality (pipeline stages, deal values, close dates)
- Validate opportunity hygiene before leadership reviews
- Maintain clean and consistent account and opportunity data
Sales Partner Enablement
- Proactively follow up with Sales and Account partners for updates
- Track pending actions and close loops on missing information
- Act as first line of discipline for CRM compliance
Pre‑Review Readiness
- Prepare pipeline snapshots, standard reports, and review packs
- Flag data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies early
- Support Manager in preparing leadership dashboards
Reporting & Support
- Maintain weekly and monthly Sales Ops trackers
- Support ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Continuously improve speed and accuracy of operational reporting

Job Specification:
• Education: Graduate & Post Graduate with MBA from tier 1 B Schools
• Experience: Experience in IT service, healthcare industry would be an added advantage
• Work environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working Model
