Role: Lead – Commercial Business Solutions
Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and solution-oriented leader to drive AI-led digital transformation initiatives across enterprise clients.
This role will focus on designing and operationalizing AI visibility, LLM enablement, and next-generation digital activation ecosystems. The Lead will play a central role in solutioning, value articulation, pre-sales engagement, and end-to-end delivery of AI-driven transformation programs.
You will work at the intersection of business strategy, AI intelligence, digital platforms, and operational execution to build scalable AI-ready operating models.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution design for AI visibility, LLM enablement, and next-generation digital operating models.
Translate complex business challenges into structured, scalable AI-driven transformation frameworks.
Design integrated ecosystems spanning AI listening, prompt intelligence, content readiness, web architecture, and measurement.
Develop compelling solution narratives, value propositions, and executive storylines for proposals and strategic pitches.
Conduct client discovery workshops and maturity assessments to define AI transformation roadmaps.
Evaluate AI tools, LLM platforms, and enterprise technologies to architect fit-for-purpose solutions.
Design and execute pilot programs / POCs to validate AI-driven solutions prior to enterprise scale.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track AI visibility impact and optimization outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and building repeatable, scalable AI accelerators.
Desired Profile:
5–8 years in digital transformation, AI strategy, consulting, or solution design roles.
Strong understanding of:
AI ecosystems (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering fundamentals)
Digital platforms & enterprise martech stacks
Content systems, web architecture, and analytics
Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and strategic client engagements.
Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured AI-led operating models.
Strong analytical thinking and executive storytelling skills.
Experience in pharma/life sciences digital ecosystems is preferred.
Engineering / Technology / Business degree; MBA or consulting background

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve goals and maintain high performance.
• Digital Analytics Tools: Advanced experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
• Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Strong experience in analyzing digital marketing campaigns and recommending strategies for optimization.
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) and the ability to create clear and insightful dashboards.
• Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, creative, and technical teams to develop data-driven strategies.
• A/B Testing: Knowledge and experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests for campaign optimization.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with eCommerce or B2B digital analytics.
• Understanding of advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, predictive modeling).
• Certification in Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media analytics, and other digital marketing channels.
