Must Have

Role: Senior Associate : Digital Asset management

Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

· Oversee and provide guidance to the DAM team members.

· Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.

· Collaborate with Brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure the completeness of metadata requirements and source files.

· Coordinate regular cleanup and hygiene activities within the DAM system.

· Conduct quality checks on proposed content for the Content Hub.

· Ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines for digital assets.

· Collaborate with the Senior DAM Librarian in maintaining the DAM system, ensuring its smooth operation, and resolving issues as they arise.

· Communicate effectively with DAM system vendors.

· Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.

· Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns related to DAM processes.

· Address issues related to the DAM system promptly and effectively.

· Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges in the DAM workflow.

Desired Profile (Key Skills)

· 5+ Years of experience in Digital Asset Management

· Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.

· Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders

· Skills in coordinating projects and ensuring timely delivery

· Aptitude for identifying and resolving DAM system issues

· Flexibility to adapt to changing DAM requirements and technologies

· Skill in managing budgets related to DAM activities

· Work experience in the Life Sciences

Good to have

· Any Certifications related to the platform like Aprimo certification, Veeva Vault Administration Certification, etc.
