Must Have

We are seeking a dynamic Program Management Associate to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Development, UX, and Generative AI teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with stakeholders. They will also leverage Agile methodologies to manage workflows, track progress, and optimize project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
Oversee project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Collaborate closely with Development, UX, and GenAI teams to drive innovation and execution.
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in program or project management in a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working with development, UX, and AI teams.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
