Must Have

Role: Analyst - Data Engineering

Description: 

•    Understanding US healthcare data sources & build data ingestion and ETL workflows from heterogenous data sources
•    Build processes for data transformation, aggregations and marts for reporting and adhoc analysis
•    Experience with US healthcare data sources & claims data sets
•    Build analytical reports and KPIs and measures required for adhoc reporting as per specification
•    Good understanding of data modelling to work on minor change requests and enhancements
•    Collaboration with different teams and automation for delivery for optimized and standardized

Desired Profile: 
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a ETL tester role
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
• Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise
• Experience in handling large data sets and building custom reports
• Develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable insights and self-service analytics.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
