Senior Director – Delivery Partner / Delivery Leader

Location: India


Role Overview

Indegene is seeking a Senior Director – Delivery Partner / Delivery Leader to hold overall accountability for delivery across all projects within the CRM and Enterprise Technology Solutions practice.

This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery performance, execution governance, quality, and outcomes across the entire practice portfolio. The Senior Director serves as the ultimate delivery authority for active client engagements, while remaining a visible, senior client-facing leader for key programs.

The role partners closely with Client Partners, Sales, and Practice leadership, without owning sales quota, and ensures consistent, predictable delivery across CRM modernization, enterprise data platforms, AI/GenAI solutions, and cloud-based engagement ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

Practice-wide Delivery Ownership

  • Own delivery accountability for all programs and projects within the CRM and Enterprise Technology Solutions practice.
  • Act as the final escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio.
  • Establish and enforce common delivery standards, governance models, and execution discipline across all engagements.
  • Provide regular portfolio-level delivery health reporting to executive leadership.
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfaction across accounts.

Client Engagement & Executive Stewardship

  • Serve as the senior delivery representative for strategic client relationships.
  • Lead executive-level delivery reviews, steering committees, and program governance forums.
  • Build long-term client trust through transparency, accountability, and consistent execution.
  • Support client conversations on delivery approach, phasing, and risk management.

Program Execution & Scale

  • Oversee delivery of CRM platforms including Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel solutions.
  • Govern enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) supporting CRM, analytics, and AI workloads.
  • Oversee Customer 360, MDM, consent & preference management, integrations, and data governance initiatives.
  • Ensure effective delivery of AI and GenAI-enabled solutions, including LLM-based workflows, copilots, and advanced analytics.
  • Manage and scale large global delivery teams across India, Europe, and the US with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, Annex 11, HIPAA, and Life Sciences regulatory standards across all projects.

Delivery Excellence & Operational Rigor

  • Define and institutionalize delivery frameworks, operating rhythms, and review mechanisms across the practice.
  • Drive standardization, reuse, and automation to improve delivery efficiency and margins.
  • Track and manage delivery KPIs including schedule adherence, quality, utilization, and financial performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tools.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and develop a strong delivery leadership bench across CRM, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud.
  • Coach delivery directors, program managers, and architects across accounts.
  • Establish succession planning and continuity for critical delivery roles.
  • Partner with practice, architecture, and solution teams to ensure delivery readiness at scale.
  • Support proposal reviews and solution shaping by validating delivery approach, capacity, and risk.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience delivering CRM, enterprise technology, data, and analytics programs, preferably in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record owning delivery across multiple concurrent programs and accounts.
  • Strong experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise data platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, distributed global delivery organizations.

Skills

  • Senior-level delivery leadership with strong client-facing presence.
  • Excellent execution governance, risk management, and decision-making capability.
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, enterprise data architectures, and AI/GenAI delivery models.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen related to delivery planning and margins.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
