Role: Lead – AI Experience Transformation Strategy

Description:
We are looking for a Lead – Digital Operations, GTM & AI Search Solutioning who will play a central role in shaping and scaling our AI Search and experience capabilities.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, solution design expertise, GTM acumen, and storytelling capability. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SEO ,GEO, along with a strong understanding of emerging AI-driven search ecosystems such as Google AI Overviews, LLM-based answer engines, and generative discovery platforms.
You will work closely with business, sales, strategy, and delivery teams to design innovative search visibility solutions, support pre-sales and RFP engagements, research evolving trends, and translate complex search concepts into compelling executive narratives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead GTM strategy and solutioning across AI Search GEO and AI experience offerings.
• Research emerging trends in AI search, LLM behavior, generative discovery, and evolving ranking mechanisms.
• Translate traditional search and content optimization frameworks into AI-first visibility strategies.
• Design scalable solution architectures across technical GEO, content optimization, schema markup, and authority models.
• Build structured POVs, capability decks, concept notes, and RFP responses with strong executive storytelling.
• Partner with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales discussions, client workshops, and strategic discovery sessions.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and innovation plays.
• Develop pilot frameworks and proof-of-concepts around AI Search visibility.
• Articulate business impact of search visibility in terms of discoverability, authority, brand positioning, and digital growth.
• Continuously evolve solution playbooks to stay ahead of search ecosystem shifts.

Desired Profile:
• 6–10 years of experience in SEO strategy, digital consulting, search solutioning, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page/off-page strategy, structured data, and search authority principles.
• Exposure to AI-driven search, LLM ecosystems, generative search optimization, or answer engine behavior.
• Experience building solution decks, strategic proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
• Strong research orientation with the ability to track and interpret emerging digital trends.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills — ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready narratives.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and design structured frameworks from unstructured business problems.
• Exposure to pharma/healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and evolving digital ecosystems.
