Must Have

Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Graphic Designer with 8–10 years of experience to lead high-impact creative execution across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who combines strong design expertise with strategic thinking and emerging technology awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design execution across print, digital, and UI projects.

Translate complex briefs into compelling visual solutions with precision and creativity.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Proofing teams, Clients, and Operations Managers to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.

Proactively identify design challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions.

Ensure meticulous proofing, brand consistency, and compliance (especially critical in regulated environments).

Required Skills & Expertise

8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Advanced proficiency in print production, layout systems, branding, and UI design principles.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exceptional eye for detail and quality control.

Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in creative workflows.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a Life Sciences or Healthcare organisation (highly desirable).

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design or related domain from a recognised university.
