Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics
About the role:
As Commercial Analytics leader you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and building advanced analytics solutions, to meet the customer needs. You will lead a high performing team of data analysts and data scientists, delivering cutting edge data-driven commercial solutions powered by AI/ML to top pharma clients of the world. You will partner with commercial teams, brand teams, marketing, tech teams, and other stakeholders to align on business goals and ensure insights drive strategic action. 

What we are looking for:
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced analytics professional with 10+ years of experience, who can handle commercial, marketing & brand Analytics and deliver cutting edge solutions to the top pharma companies of the world. 
•    Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in direct client facing role within Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology/ Consulting/ Professional Services Outsourcing company 
•    Should demonstrate strong fundamentals on domain, project management, client influencing and relationship building skills with an ability to think creatively and strategically.
•    Strong analytical, problem solving (qualitative and quantitative), interpersonal, storytelling and collaboration skills.
•    Prior experience working on pharma commercial data, pricing analysis, distribution data, segmentation & targeting, driver analysis, indication split, brand performance, omnichannel reporting, time series forecasting, supply chain analytics.
•    Strong understanding of processes across pharmaceutical commercial business.
•    Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced analytical models, including MMx, promotion response models, sales force sizing, incentive design, and next-best-action models.
•    Extensive understanding of major pharmaceutical market events such as US drug formulary, pricing, inventory challenges and market access implications
•    Expertise in translating complex analytical results into clear, compelling business narratives and presentations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership. 
•    Ability to utilize and champion the use of data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and manage external vendor relationships for data delivery and analysis. 
•    Strong capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes.
•    Experience in managing sizeable teams, and providing guidance and mentorship to a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.  
Must have: Commercial analytics (forecasting, segmentation, pricing analytics, performance reporting, attribution analysis, etc,) & Advanced analytics (AI/ML based predictive modelling, Next Best Action (NBA), and MMx/ROI optimization.)
Nice to have: AWS Cloud experience
