Job Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative product solutions. The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex problems into impactful product solutions. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: � Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs. � Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on data-driven insights and customer feedback. � Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define, build, and launch high-impact products. � Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. � Define key product metrics and track performance to optimize user experience and business outcomes. � Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals. � Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into actionable product specifications. � Drive go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams to maximize adoption and revenue growth. � Continuously assess product performance and user feedback to drive enhancements and innovation. � Act as a thought leader within the organization, mentoring junior product managers and influencing product strategy. ________________________________________ Key Requirements: � Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. � 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in [industry/domain, e.g., SaaS, healthcare, fintech, AI-driven platforms]. � Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment. � Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing. � Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. � Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello. � Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. � Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product design. � Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.). ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: � Experience in managing API-driven products, AI/ML-based solutions, or enterprise SaaS platforms. � Background in growth hacking, pricing strategies, or monetization models. � Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
