Role: Senior Manager – Strategy and Operations Office, Commercial Technology Group (CTG)

Description: Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and structured Senior Manager to join the CTG Strategy & Operations Office. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role responsible for supporting the execution of CTG-wide strategic initiatives, governance processes, and performance intelligence.
The Senior Manager will work closely with Directors and the AVP to deliver critical dashboards, analyses, business cases, and cross-functional programs, while managing a team of analysts and managers/ associate managers
Key Responsibilities
• Lead key workstreams across the S&O portfolio, including governance standards, performance dashboards, portfolio analysis, and incubation efforts.
• Own end-to-end delivery of models, analyses, reports, and executive presentations with high accuracy and clarity.
• Drive stakeholder coordination with cross-functional teams to support execution of strategic initiatives.
• Manage analysts and managers, providing guidance on problem structuring, analysis, and storyline development.
• Conduct market, competitive, and capability assessments to support incubation, prioritization, and new P&L opportunity identification.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and financial/operational insights to support Director and AVP decision-making.
• Support monthly and quarterly governance cadences through preparation of review materials, dashboards, and insights.
• Ensure executional discipline, timely delivery, and alignment to CTG priorities across programs.
Required Qualifications
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs/ISB/XLRI or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, enterprise Program Office (PMO), or operating model programs.
• Experience running or contributing to strategic initiatives, governance processes, or cross-functional programs.
• Strong structured thinking, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and PPT/story lining skills, with ability to simplify complex information.
• Ability to manage junior team members and drive independent execution of workstreams.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in consulting (MBB / Big 4) or enterprise strategy roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Exposure to life sciences, digital operations, or analytics-led operating models is a plus.
• Strong command of dashboarding, KPI design, or financial/operational analysis.
