Role Overview: Indegene is looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Transform AI Strategy & Innovation Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives that accelerate the organization's journey toward becoming an AI-native healthcare technology company.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, transformation, and business execution. The individual will be responsible for designing and operationalizing enterprise-scale programs that align leadership, business units, support functions, and strategic partners around a common AI transformation agenda.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in enterprise transformation, innovation management, strategic program leadership, and stakeholder engagement, along with a solid understanding of AI, Generative AI, organizational change, and business transformation. You will work closely with executive leadership, business teams, technology functions, and transformation stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

Must Have

Responsibilities
•    Define and execute enterprise-wide AI transformation programs that support Indegene's strategic vision of becoming an AI-native organization. 
•    Identify high-impact transformation opportunities where enterprise-level interventions can drive meaningful organizational change and business outcomes.
•    Design scalable transformation frameworks, operating models, governance structures, funding mechanisms, and value realization plans.
•    Lead strategic initiatives across AI adoption, innovation programs, workforce transformation, capability development, change management, and business process modernization. 
•    Build alignment and drive collaboration across Business Units, Technology, HR, Finance, Marketing, Delivery, Workforce Transformation, and Executive Leadership teams. 
•    Establish governance structures, sponsorship models, accountability frameworks, and performance metrics to ensure successful program execution and adoption.
•    Develop enterprise activation mechanisms that convert awareness into adoption, participation, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes. 
•    Lead enterprise-wide launches, innovation challenges, leadership forums, transformation campaigns, and engagement initiatives to sustain momentum and cultural change. 
•    Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to identify emerging innovation opportunities, strategic collaborations, and transformation accelerators.
•    Resolve cross-functional alignment challenges and facilitate decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining focus on enterprise priorities.
•    Track adoption, participation, innovation outcomes, business impact, and value realization to continuously improve transformation programs. 
•    Institutionalize successful initiatives into repeatable enterprise capabilities that continue delivering long-term business value. 
•    Stay current on emerging AI, Generative AI, workforce transformation, and enterprise innovation trends to continually evolve Indegene's transformation strategy.

Desired Profile
•    8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Transformation, Strategic Programs, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, Consulting, Organizational Change, or Cross-functional Leadership roles.
•    Demonstrated success in conceptualizing, launching, scaling, and institutionalizing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. 
•    Strong expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, transformation architecture, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder management. 
•    Experience leading innovation ecosystems, strategic partnerships, change management initiatives, capability-building programs, or enterprise transformation agendas. 
•    Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, workforce evolution, digital transformation, governance frameworks, and technology-enabled business transformation. 
•    Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build consensus, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. 
•    Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert ambiguity into actionable and scalable solutions.
•    Exceptional communication, facilitation, executive presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
•    Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology Services, Professional Services, or Consulting organizations will be a strong advantage. 
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
