Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and expertise in technical product management, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and client deployments. As a Product Lead, you will spearhead the development of innovative GenAI solutions, drive product strategies, and oversee the successful launch and implementation of solutions with key clients. This role is essential in bridging the technical and business sides of the product lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions align with market needs and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products, focusing on Generative AI applications, from ideation through to product launch and iteration.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design and execute effective go-to-market strategies for AI products, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, engagement, and growth.
• Client Deployments & Integrations: Manage client deployments, ensuring smooth integration of AI solutions into their existing workflows and systems. Provide technical guidance to ensure solutions meet client specifications and KPIs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI products that meet market demands and technical requirements.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay ahead of AI industry trends, identifying new opportunities for GenAI applications, and incorporating feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings.
• Leadership: Guide a team of product managers, engineers, and designers in delivering innovative solutions that drive client success and business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in technical product management, with a strong background in AI and machine learning, particularly Generative AI solutions.
• GTM Expertise: Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for complex, technical products, ideally in the AI/tech space.
• Client-Facing Skills: Experience in managing and deploying client-facing solutions, ensuring successful integrations and client satisfaction.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and GenAI models.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with AI deployment frameworks, tools, and platforms.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Previous experience working in AI-driven product companies or startups.
