Job Title: Senior Project Associate 

 

Description: The Senior Project Associate will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of technology-driven projects by coordinating tasks, ensuring smooth communication among teams, and monitoring progress against defined objectives. This role involves working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

•    Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of technology solution projects.
•    Coordinate across cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, business analysts, clients).
•    Track project deliverables, timelines, and risks; escalate issues for timely resolution.
•    Maintain project documentation: status trackers, risk registers, reports, and dashboards.
•    Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
•    Assist in client communications, requirement gathering, and progress reporting.
•    Facilitate team meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
•    Contribute to process improvement and adoption of project management best practices.


Desired Profile / Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. (Master’s preferred)
•    3–6 years of experience in IT project coordination / project management roles.
•    Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
•    Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced tech environment.
