Must Have
Skilled professional with expertise in HCP contracting, vendor onboarding, and financial operations management. Adept at ensuring compliance, managing cross-functional collaboration, and supporting global teams to deliver seamless operational excellence.
Job Description
• Serve as a POC for client’s contracting processes and requirements
• Support DMA in creating QBP for tactics and budget (ad boards, consulting)
• Assist in tracking and maintaining quarterly business plans
• Stay updated on client SOPs and compliance standards; guide stakeholders accordingly.
• Assist in setting up connects for status tracking, obtaining necessary information/updates to keep trackers/plans fully updated for compliance and reporting
• Manage HCP contracting processes, including drafting and executing contracts, POs, and invoices via client platforms
• Ensure adherence to compliance and financial SOP standards
• Provide coordination support for vendor onboarding
• Provide administrative support for Medical Affairs programs
• Assist in non-PO submissions and invoice/payment processes
• Maintain trackers and reports to support internal governance and client requirements
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in the health sciences, business, finance, or related field with 2-4 years’ related experience
Must Have
• Expertise in vendor/supplier management and contract management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in healthcare/medical affairs
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with global teams and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of budgeting and cost tracking
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance systems (e.g., Engage); Knowledge of contract management tools and vendor onboarding/payment platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, Icertis, Simplepay)
