Role: Senior Salesforce Manager


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery oversight, ensuring high-quality implementations aligned with business goals while maximizing value from the Salesforce platform.

Must Have

Key Responsibilities 
•    Define and drive the Salesforce platform roadmap aligned with business objectives 
•    Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for CRM-led transformation 
•    Establish delivery governance, standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations 
•    Optimize platform usage across clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience) 
•    Drive adoption, user experience improvements, and ROI from Salesforce investments 
•    Manage stakeholder expectations and executive communication 
•    Lead capacity planning, budgeting, and vendor/partner strategy 
•    Stay updated on Salesforce releases and innovations, recommending relevant adoption 
•    Build and mentor high-performing Salesforce delivery teams 
•    Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects. Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives 
•    Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions 
•    Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, and integrations 
•    Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, admins, QA, business analysts). Monitor delivery quality, perform code/design reviews, and ensure documentation 
•    Handle release management, deployments, and environment strategy 
•    Resolve delivery challenges, escalations, and technical roadblocks 
•    Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across implementations 


Key Skills & Competencies
•    Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) 
•    Experience in program/delivery management for large-scale CRM implementations 
•    Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, integrations) 
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
•    Proven leadership and team management abilities 
•    Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and delivery excellence 
•    Experience managing multi-cloud Salesforce environments 
•    Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) 
•    Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD for Salesforce) 

Good to have

Qualifications
•    12+ years of experience in IT, with minimum 5 years in Salesforce delivery roles 
•    Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and support projects 
•    Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Architect) preferred
