Must Have

Role: Lead Python Developer with Langchain Experience

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with at least 5 -8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Python development and a strong understanding of Langchain. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our company's objectives.

 

Key Responsibility:

 

•            Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using best practices.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

•            Implement and maintain integrations with Langchain, ensuring seamless communication between systems.

•            Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.

•            Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

•            Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and ensure reliability.

•            Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in Langchain and LLM.

•            Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

•            Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.

•            Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.

 

Desired Profile

 

•            Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•            Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python development.

•            Proficiency in Langchain and experience with GenAI technologies.

•            Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.

•            Experience with web frameworks.

•            Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

•            Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.

•            Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•            Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
